Today's workout

7.4 miles in the bank.  The first mile or so was with Goldie, but much to both of our disappointment, I had to drop her off.  It was pretty early, and there were too many frisky squirrels in the neighbourhood.  I did the Run Eat Repeat plan, so 7 miles were today's run, with 1 minute of walking followed by 4 minutes of running, over and over again.  The run felt good.  It was cold, but beautiful and sunny.  I clocked in at my usual 11:40 MM (minutes/mile) pace, which I have made peace with (but that's another post). 
Did you get a chance to squeeze in a workout? Even if it's supershort, it's better than nothing.  Go get it!
